In order to access this service, one must receive a prescription from the participating optometrist.

Return Procedures

Follow the return procedure in your purchase history to request a return. You must return the Product to us with a Return Authorization Form and return the Product to the address specified by us within 14 days of the date of your request for return. You must return the Product to the address specified by the Company within 30 days of receipt of the Product, and must use a method of delivery.

Refund Policy

After we have confirmed the returned merchandise, we will refund the total amount of the merchandise price and the sales tax, less the shipping costs (if the merchandise is returned COD) and the bank transfer charges (if the refund is made by bank transfer) and the sales tax related to these costs.

If you used a credit card, the money will be refunded to the account of the credit card you used at the time of purchase through your credit card company (we have no obligation to charge interest). (Please contact your credit card company for the refund schedule). If the refund cannot be made to the credit card used at the time of purchase due to expiration, etc., the refund will be made through a method determined by the Company, such as registered mail with cash, or by transfer to a bank account.
