A MARLO subscription is a convenient way to have your contact lenses delivered to your home automatically. Your optician sets up the subscription based on your prescription. You’ll receive a link to review the details, enter your delivery and payment info, and confirm your subscription.
What subscription plans are available?
All MARLO plans include lens delivery every 3 months. The main difference is how you pay and how long the plan lasts.
BASE Plan
- Delivery: Every 3 months
- Payment: Every 3 months (just before delivery)
- Renewal: Automatically continues unless cancelled
- Best for: Flexibility with no commitment
SMART 6-Month Plan
- Delivery: Every 3 months
- Payment: Monthly (spread over 6 months)
- Commitment: 6 months
- Renewal: Automatically renews every 6 months
SMART 12-Month Plan
- Delivery: Every 3 months
- Payment: Monthly (spread over 12 months)
- Commitment: 12 months
- Renewal: Automatically renews every 12 months
- Includes: Discount on each shipment
Who sets up my subscription?
You or Your optician does. The optician also has the right choose the right plan and product based on your prescription. Then you receive a secure link to review and confirm your subscription.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at the end of your plan’s term. You can speak to your optician to switch between plans or update your subscription details.
Will I be notified before each delivery?
Yes, you’ll be informed in advance of each upcoming shipment and payment.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time from your MARLO account or by contacting your optician. Please note: SMART plans have a minimum duration, so cancelling early may remove any active discounts.
What pack sizes should I expect?
Pack sizes may vary depending on stock availability. While the total quantity of contact lenses will be fulfilled as ordered, the number of blisters per box may differ.
